Hi guys! A lot of tour stops going on on the blog nowadays.. Anyway! I have another one for you, Triangles by Kimberly Ann Miller. The tour started last May 22, and will end this July 10 :) It will be a weekly thing, I think...
For my stop, I’m sharing my review of the book with you below, and informations on a sweepstakes Spencer Hill Press, the book’s publishing company, is hosting especially for this book’s promotion. How cool is that? Very cool if you ask me. It’s my first time hearing about cruise tickets given away in a book promotion. Very generous indeed. ;)

A cruise ship. A beautiful island. Two sexy guys. What could possibly go wrong? In the Bermuda Triangle—a lot.Hoping to leave behind the reminders of her crappy life--her father's death years ago, her mother's medical problems, and the loser who’s practically stalking her--seventeen-year-old Autumn Taylor hops on a ship with her sister for a little distraction. When she wakes up in the Bermuda Triangle, she fears she's gone nuts for more than one reason: that loser’s suddenly claiming they're a happy couple... a hot guy is wrapping his arms around her and saying "Happy Anniversary"... and suddenly, she’s full of bruises, losing her hair, and getting IV medication. Autumn visits the ship's doctor, hoping for a pill or a shot to make the craziness go away. Instead, she's warned that these "alternate realities" could become permanent. She just has to ask herself one question—how the hell is she going to get out of this mess?
Triangles was a book I was not expecting it to be. All the while while I was reading the book, I felt like I was watching a local fantasy show here in our country where the story takes on a fantasy magical route and teaches the bad and mean MC a lesson he/she will never forget that will change his/her life forever. And those things basically happened here. And that was sort of what I wasn't expecting.
It's kind of unusual to read a YA novel nowadays where the story's highlights the main lesson of the story instead of a good 'ole fashioned entertainment read.
Triangles tells a story about a girl named Autumn, who is so whiny and frankly she irritated the hell out of me everytime ahe whined about her life and how she can't wait to turn 18 and set out of her town. Her dad died when she was little Nd her mom's in a coma because of a car accident. And now they're taking this long-forgotten cruise vacation before it expires and they really needed the relaxation for the moment too. But what Autumn did not expect was that on board the ship are two guys (may I say extremely gorgeous ones?) who will fight for her, and also an experience of a lifetime-- waking up everyday to different alternate realities that left her gasping for air and learning what is really important in life.
It was a sweet story, with a hint of romance and angst. One thing i did not like with the book is the cover, I think it did not give the book any justice and could do better. Also, the writing was okay, and wasily readable. There were just some tinie tiny flaws I noticed and some few glitches in the story I was not atune with but nothing that hindered me from liking it. I admit at first I was uncomfortable and not liking the story but once i was settled in, I enjoyed it too. Maybe you would too!
