My rating: Edie and Dylan are finally a real couple, and to celebrate they’re off on an amazing road trip across America. But nine weeks on the road in a foreign country is a long time—and a real test of their feelings for each other. Will it bring them even closer together, or break them apart forever?
The ending was not satisfying at all! Personally, it was not a good ending because so much can still happen especially that Edie is still starting her university studies. I know, I know, that it was mentioned that they’ll remain together no matter what happens..they’ll still fight a lot and problems will always be there, but they’re more mature everyday, and they love each other so nothing to worry about...BUT STILL!
Anyway, I love this book more than the other two. I love how it started of with how normal everything is, then there are little fights here and there. Poppy, Edie’s current BFF is such a pain in the ass here. She’s a very complicated human specie. I love Tracy by the way, she’s the only light in the darkness some part of this book brought upon, lol. She’s so sweet and innocent, I love it. I like Edie here, all the time. I get her more, and the decisions she made were really very mature. Way to go Edie! Plus, Dylan, I still hated him most of the time. No biases my friends, but it was not his moodiness, but only his attitude of the lack of trust to Edie. Yes, he loves her very much, but at one time he did something (no he did not cheat), or he did not do something (by omission) which goes to show how NOT trustful he is. Anyway, I felt that that needed to happen for them to resolve their issues in the future that they talk about things earlier and not delay solving problems. Also, the roadtrip was really a NEED in the story. Without it, there was no other way the story’s main story could’ve been told. Edie and Dylan’s love story was in fact, that ROAD Trip... Overall, I really really love this series! A great read especially in times of great sadness. Cheers!
