Until the day I met John Smith, Number Four, I'd been on the run alone, hiding and fighting to stay alive.
Together, we are much more powerful. But it could only last so long before we had to separate to find the others. . . .
I went to Spain to find Seven, and I found even more, including a tenth member of the Garde who escaped from Lorien alive. Ella is younger than the rest of us, but just as brave. Now we're looking for the others—including John.
But so are they.
They caught Number One in Malaysia.Number Two in England. And Number Three in Kenya. They caught me in New York—but I escaped.I am Number Six. They want to finish what they started.

But they'll have to fight us first.

Intense, action-packed, adrenaline-filled and just thrill after thrill after thrill. That's the Rise of Nine. All the evnts that happened in I Am Number Four and Power of Six led up to this moment where all of them finally met and were facing the 'battle' together (well, except for number Five). But, all my nervous excitement rose up with the moment when all of them finally got together. It was so exciting!

There were moments of "lying low", a few pages of no action happening but at these tines, information and important details are being laid out. Still pretty intense to know more and more about the main issue at hand. All the characters are different from each other. And I have a few personal favorites. Like Nine. My gosh, he is so cocky and full of snark, but beneath all that facade is a guy who has a heart of a hero. He protects and saves and is really logical. I like that he is with Four, because Four can be so emotionally-led sometimes, and sometimes or most of the time its leads him to a trap. And there's Six. I like her, she's so badass and cool. And I just like her. I want her and Four, and I want Sarah to be gone haha. That's kind of mean but where the story is going, I'm not sure if its possible. And Setakrus Ra. Just with his name alone you can figure out why he is the villain. His name is so foul and ugly just like him. Very effective villain. ha!

Anyway, I want to get my hands on the Fall of Five so bad. I don't even know how many books are in this series. But to the authors, you both rock!

  1. It's sort of a sci-fi kind of thing, a genre I didn't think I'd be interested in. It's REALLY good, I hope you enjoy it. (:
