Kick-Butt Characters Giveaway Hop


Hi everyone! Thanks for dropping by on my blog today. Okay, this is the part where I introduce to you my “kick-butt” character from a book. I’ve been thinking a lot who to feature since there are lots of kick-butt characters out there and I’ve thought of many: Katniss (Hunger Games), Rose (Vamp Acad), why am I only thinking of female characters? Anyway, there are really tons out there, but I’m going to feature “TRIS” from Divergent.

Beatrice “Tris” is a very brave, amazing character from the dystopian world of Divergent. Transferee from the “Abnegation” to the “Dauntless” faction. She started of with a weak but eager heart and she developed into a beautiful and well, for the lack of better word “kick-butt” girl. In a future Chicago, 16-year-old Beatrice Prior must choose among five predetermined factions to define her identity for the rest of her life, a decision made more difficult when she discovers that she is an anomaly who does not fit into any one group, and that the society she lives in is not perfect after all.
